The jazz music of the 1940s was characterized by its fast-paced tempo and improvisational style. To dance to this music, you'll want to focus on some basic swing dance steps. My goal with a private lesson is to get you comfortable with the basic steps of Lindy Hop or Balboa, to teach you to keep the rhythm of the music in mind and let yourself relax and have fun with it. With a little practice, you'll be dancing like a pro in no time! Make an appointment and let's discuss your vision.
